The Geneva Motor Show is a major automotive event, held annually in March in the Swiss city of Geneve. The venue is hosted at the Geneva Palexpo, a convention center that’s located right next to the Geneva Cointrin International Airport – ensuring easy access to visitors from across the globe. The Salon is organised by the Organisation Internationale des Constructeurs d’Automobiles, an association that represents the global auto industry that drives economic progress. In a nutshell, the Geneve Motor Show is considered as one of the most important and major international auto shows.
The show itself was first held in 1905 and hasn’t stopped producing marvelous reveals and new model premieres ever since.
For the 2017 Geneva Motor Show, our authorized dealer and partner from Russia – TOPCAR Design – showcased a few of their cars in a large and well designed booth. The tuner centered the showcase around their highly customized luxury and sports cars – namely, the Porsche 911 Turbo and Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 AMG. The TOPCAR Porsche 991.2 Stinger GTR – featuring a set of ADV.1 Wheels installed – definitely highlighted the brand’s core beliefs and attracted thousands of prying eyes overall.
This fully carbon fiber ridden Porsche 911 Turbo is one of the most appealing and interesting cars to be displayed at the entire event, showcasing unique aftermarket solutions and our highly customized concave forged wheels. In turn, the vehicles showcased give the owners all across the world a taste of what TOPCAR and ADV.1 partnership is able to produce.
The TOPCAR 18-part package for the facelifted 991 Turbo comes with aggressive styling and enhances the looks of the standard Porsche 911 Turbo models. The package comes with parts such as replacements for the front, rear bumper, the front fenders and side skirts, but also, carbon fiber elements on the doors, wider rear fenders, a carbon fiber roof and a clean looking rear carbon fiber wing as well. The complete package is available exclusively in carbon fiber at a cost of 37,500 euros.
Naturally, a complete look is done thanks to a set of our wheels. Namely, TOPCAR utilized the ADV5 M.V1 SL Monoblock wheels. These come in sizes of 20×9 in the front and 21×11.5 in the rear. The Liquid Smoke finish works perfectly with the carbon fiber exterior theme of the vehicle itself.
Furthermore, TOPCAR have also showcased their Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 AMG with a complete aerodynamics carbon fiber package at their Geneva booth as well.
The GLE 63 AMG also comes with a bevvy of carbon fiber parts – and a set of ADV.1 wheels have been installed there as well. The GLE 63 AMG comes with a set of ADV5 M.V1 SL Monoblock wheels. These are sized 22×10 in the front and 22×12.5 in the rear. The Liquid Smoke adorns the wheels on this build, creating a perfect match between the carbon fiber and the wheel finish.
